Terms and Conditions

Teacher Genie provides downloadable and printable educational resources designed primarily for educators, schools, families, and other professionals who support children.

Teacher Genie resources may include classroom kits, posters, student activities, teacher guides, forms, planning tools, wellness materials, social-emotional learning resources, and other digital educational products.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, all products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase through the Website.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account
• Keeping your email address current
• Promptly notifying Teacher Genie of suspected unauthorized activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, unauthorized sharing, payment disputes, misuse of resources, or violations of these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, page counts, grade levels, preview images, prices, and included-resource lists.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor, printer, paper, ink, and print settings. Preview images may show products in use or include decorative mockups. Only the files and materials identified in the product listing are included with your purchase.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes, or other errors. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

Purchased files are generally made available through the confirmation page, customer account, email, or another electronic delivery method stated during checkout.

You are responsible for:

• Entering a valid email address
• Maintaining access to the purchasing account
• Using a compatible device and current software
• Downloading and securely storing your purchased files
• Checking spam or junk folders for order messages
• Contacting Teacher Genie if a file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible

If you experience a download problem, contact teachergenies@gmail.com with your name, order number, purchasing email address, and a description of the problem.

We may replace, correct, or update a digital file when necessary. Minor corrections or design updates do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Unless a product listing or separate license states otherwise, each purchase includes a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license for use by one individual purchaser.

An individual educator may:

• Download and save the resource on personally controlled devices
• Print copies for personal professional use
• Use the resource with students personally taught or directly served by that educator
• Display the resource in the educator's physical classroom or assigned instructional space
• Share printed student-use pages with students receiving direct instruction from the purchaser
• Post limited student-use materials in a secure, password-protected learning platform accessible only to the purchaser's current students, when necessary for instruction

Purchasing a resource does not transfer copyright or ownership.

A single-user purchase does not authorize sharing with coworkers, an entire grade level, a school, a district, a clinic, a nonprofit organization, or another group.

Each educator or professional who wishes to use the resource must purchase an individual license unless Teacher Genie offers a separate team, school, or organizational license.

Please contact teachergenies@gmail.com to ask about additional-user or schoolwide licensing.

You may not:

• Share purchased files with another teacher, coworker, parent, organization, or other person
• Email, message, transfer, or distribute the original digital files
• Upload resources to public websites, shared drives, social-media groups, file-sharing services, or unrestricted learning platforms
• Upload resources to a schoolwide or districtwide drive unless the applicable license expressly permits it
• Sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or give away a resource
• Claim any Teacher Genie resource or design as your own
• Remove or obscure copyright notices, logos, credits, watermarks, or branding
• Copy substantial portions of a resource to create a competing or derivative product
• Use Teacher Genie content in products offered for sale
• Use Teacher Genie resources for commercial tutoring materials distributed to other educators
• Use the resources as templates for products that will be sold or broadly distributed
• Upload Teacher Genie resources to artificial-intelligence systems for model training, dataset creation, commercial content generation, or the creation of competing materials
• Bypass security measures, download restrictions, payment requirements, or access controls
• Use the Website or its resources for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes

You may photograph or display limited portions of a resource for legitimate classroom-use examples or personal educational discussion, provided the image does not make the complete resource available for others to copy or use.

Free resources remain protected by copyright and are subject to the same license restrictions as purchased resources unless a different license is clearly stated.

“Free” means there is no purchase price. It does not mean that the resource is in the public domain or may be redistributed, resold, or claimed as original work.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. Teacher Genie does not control every aspect of third-party payment services and is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by those providers.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable charges for your order.

Applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected when required by law.

Teacher Genie may change prices at any time. Price changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless required to correct an obvious error or comply with applicable law.

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the terms stated with each offer.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Discounts cannot be combined
• Each code may be limited to one use per customer
• Codes may have an expiration date
• Codes may apply only to regularly priced products
• Codes may exclude bundles, special offers, or particular products
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases

Teacher Genie may cancel or refuse a promotion that is used fraudulently, distributed without authorization, or applied in violation of its stated terms.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by law.

Please review product descriptions, grade levels, page counts, previews, software requirements, and included materials carefully before purchasing.

We may provide assistance, a replacement file, store credit, or a refund when appropriate, including situations involving:

• An accidental duplicate purchase
• A damaged or inaccessible file that we cannot replace
• A materially incorrect product description
• A technical delivery problem that we cannot resolve
• An unauthorized transaction, subject to verification

Refund and replacement requests are also governed by the separate Digital Product Policy displayed on the Website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

All Website content and Teacher Genie resources—including text, illustrations, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, product designs, templates, page layouts, downloadable files, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Teacher Genie and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

“Teacher Genie,” the Teacher Genie logo, and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission.

No ownership rights are transferred through a purchase, download, account registration, or use of the Website.

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

• The content reflects your honest experience
• You have the right to submit it
• It does not violate another person's rights
• It is not false, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful
• It does not contain confidential or personally identifiable student information

Never include a student's full name, face, school information, educational record, disability information, or other private information without all required permissions.

You retain ownership of your original submitted content. By submitting it, you give Teacher Genie a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use it in connection with the Website and Teacher Genie marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. We will not require or encourage reviews that misrepresent a customer's genuine opinion.

Teacher Genie resources are educational tools and are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, special-education, or behavioral advice.

Resources involving mindfulness, movement, breathing, wellness, social-emotional learning, behavior, MTSS, intervention, IEP support, or self-regulation are intended to supplement—not replace—the judgment of qualified professionals and the policies of the purchaser's school or organization.

Educators and caregivers are responsible for:

• Reviewing resources before use
• Determining whether materials are appropriate for their students
• Providing necessary supervision and accommodations
• Following school, district, legal, safety, and professional requirements
• Modifying activities when necessary for individual needs

Teacher Genie does not guarantee any particular academic, behavioral, emotional, professional, or wellness outcome.

We work to keep the Website and purchased resources available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily restrict or suspend access for maintenance, security, updates, technical problems, legal compliance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Website. Completed purchases will remain subject to the license that applied when they were made, although delivery methods and account features may change.

The Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, email providers, hosting services, analytics platforms, and external websites.

Teacher Genie does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, privacy practices, or independent actions of third parties. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and policies.

A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

Your use of the Website is also governed by the Teacher Genie Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its resources are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Teacher Genie makes no guarantee that:

• The Website will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• Every resource will meet every purchaser's individual needs
• A particular result will occur from using a resource
• Every file will work with every device, printer, application, or operating system
• All third-party services will remain available

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teacher Genie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Website or its resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teacher Genie's total liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Teacher Genie harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website or its resources
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person's rights
• Your unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution of Teacher Genie materials

This section does not require you to indemnify Teacher Genie for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or resource when we reasonably believe there has been:

• Fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Unauthorized sharing or resale
• Misuse of Website systems
• Harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct
• A material violation of these Terms

Provisions concerning licenses, intellectual property, prohibited uses, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any legal dispute relating to these Terms or the Website must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
