Digital Product Policy

Teacher Genie products are downloadable digital resources unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

No physical product will be mailed or shipped. A purchase may include:

• Printable PDF files
• Digital educational resources
• ZIP folders or collections of files
• Teacher guides and planning materials
• Student activities and worksheets
• Posters, cards, forms, and classroom tools
• Bonus digital materials identified in the product listing

Customers should review the complete product description, preview images, grade levels, page count, file type, and included materials before completing a purchase.

After a successful purchase, digital files may be provided through:

• The order-confirmation page
• A download link sent by email
• The customer’s Teacher Genie account
• The customer’s digital resource library
• Another electronic delivery method identified during checkout

Delivery is considered complete when the purchased files or a working method of accessing them has been made available to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to the account used to make the purchase.

Customers should download purchased files promptly and save backup copies on a secure personal device or storage service.

Teacher Genie may provide continued access to purchases through a customer account or resource library, but permanent or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Website technology, file-storage systems, account features, and delivery methods may change.

Teacher Genie is not responsible for files lost because of:

• Deleted customer emails
• Forgotten or inaccessible email accounts
• Lost or damaged devices
• Deleted personal files
• Customer storage failures
• Forgotten passwords
• Failure to save a backup copy

If you cannot access a purchase, contact teachergenies@gmail.com with your name, order number, and purchasing email address.

Most Teacher Genie products are provided as PDF files. Some products may include ZIP files, images, presentation files, or other formats identified in the listing.

Customers are responsible for having:

• A compatible device
• A current PDF reader
• Software capable of opening the listed file type
• Sufficient storage space
• A reliable internet connection for downloading
• Access to a printer when printed copies are desired

Teacher Genie does not guarantee compatibility with every device, browser, operating system, school network, printer, application, or third-party platform.

School or district security settings may block downloads or external links. Customers experiencing a school-network restriction may need to use a personal device or contact their school’s technology department.

Teacher Genie makes reasonable efforts to present accurate previews and colors. Printed results may vary because of:

• Screen and monitor settings
• Printer type and quality
• Ink or toner levels
• Paper type
• Print scaling
• Color-management settings
• Browser or PDF-reader settings

Minor color, scale, margin, or print-quality differences are not considered product defects.

For best results, download the file before printing, open it in a current PDF reader, select the appropriate paper size, and review the print-preview settings.

Unless a product listing or separate license states otherwise, each purchase provides a license for one individual purchaser.

The purchaser may:

• Download and save the resource on personally controlled devices
• Print copies for personal professional use
• Use the resource with students personally taught or directly served by the purchaser
• Display the resource in the purchaser’s physical classroom or assigned instructional space
• Provide printed student-use pages to the purchaser’s current students
• Place limited student-use materials in a secure, password-protected classroom platform accessible only to the purchaser’s current students when necessary for instruction

A purchase provides permission to use the resource. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

A single-user purchase may not be shared with other educators, staff members, schools, districts, organizations, parents, tutors, or other individuals.

Customers may not:

• Email or transfer the original files to another person
• Upload files to public websites or unrestricted online platforms
• Place files on schoolwide, districtwide, departmental, or shared drives
• Share files through social-media groups or file-sharing services
• Resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or give away a resource
• Remove Teacher Genie branding, credits, watermarks, or copyright notices
• Claim Teacher Genie resources as original work
• Copy or modify substantial portions to create a competing product
• Use the resources in products offered for sale
• Upload the resources for artificial-intelligence training, dataset creation, commercial content generation, or the development of competing materials

Each additional educator who uses a resource must purchase an individual license unless a separate team, school, or organizational license has been obtained.

Free Teacher Genie resources are protected by copyright and remain subject to the same individual-user license and sharing restrictions unless a different license is clearly stated.

A resource being offered free of charge does not place it in the public domain and does not authorize redistribution, resale, or removal of Teacher Genie branding.

Because digital products can be downloaded, accessed, saved, or copied immediately, purchases are generally final once delivery or access has occurred, except where a refund is required by law.

Teacher Genie may provide a refund, replacement, correction, or store credit when appropriate, including situations involving:

• An accidental duplicate purchase
• A materially incorrect product description
• A damaged or incomplete file
• Delivery of the wrong product
• A technical delivery problem that Teacher Genie cannot resolve
• An unauthorized transaction, subject to reasonable verification

A change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong grade level, failure to read the product description, inability to use a particular printer or device, or discovery that a school already owns a similar resource does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact teachergenies@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Include:

• Your name
• The email address used for each purchase
• The relevant order numbers
• The name of the duplicated product

Teacher Genie will review the transaction history and determine the appropriate refund, credit, or other resolution.

If a file is damaged, incomplete, inaccessible, or different from the product purchased, contact teachergenies@gmail.com with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Purchasing email address
• Product name
• Description of the problem
• Screenshot of the error, if available

Teacher Genie will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement or corrected file.

Customers should not initiate a payment dispute before giving Teacher Genie a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve a delivery or file problem.

Teacher Genie may correct typographical errors, broken links, missing pages, formatting problems, or other file issues after a product is published.

When practical, customers may receive access to the corrected version through their account, resource library, email, or another delivery method.

Teacher Genie is not required to provide every future redesign, expansion, edition, bundle, or substantially revised version without an additional purchase.

A minor correction or design update does not entitle the customer to a refund.

A product is editable only when the product listing expressly identifies it as editable.

PDF files, flattened images, and other finished materials should be assumed to be noneditable unless stated otherwise.

Teacher Genie is not required to provide source files, design files, fonts, templates, editable originals, or alternative file formats that were not included in the product description.

Some resources may contain links to optional books, supplies, videos, websites, applications, or other third-party materials.

Teacher Genie does not control and cannot guarantee the continued availability, accuracy, pricing, privacy, safety, or suitability of third-party content.

Customers should review all external materials before using them with students.

Unless clearly stated, third-party products are not included in the Teacher Genie purchase.

Teacher Genie resources are supplemental educational tools.

Educators, parents, caregivers, and other professionals are responsible for reviewing each resource and determining whether it is appropriate for their students, setting, instructional goals, safety requirements, and applicable school or district policies.

Resources relating to social-emotional learning, mindfulness, breathing, movement, behavior, wellness, MTSS, intervention, IEP support, or self-regulation do not replace professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, special-education, or behavioral advice.

Teacher Genie does not guarantee a particular academic, behavioral, emotional, or professional outcome.
